I went with Xsolla Site Builder mostly because the price seemed reasonable, honestly. It’s not the fanciest tool out there, but for what it costs, it gets the job done well. There are a few things I think could be a bit smoother, but overall I’m happy with it...

I gave it a try while putting together a quick site, but the templates felt outdated and a little plain. I’ve used a few other site builders before, so maybe my expectations were higher, but I was hoping for cleaner, more modern designs and a bit more variety. It does work, but I ended up spending extra time tweaking things just to make the site look decent.

"Easy to customize once you get the hang of it"
Once I spent a little time with it, I was able to tweak most parts of my page easily. A few layout sections felt a bit less flexible than I wanted, but overall it gave me plenty of control and made me feel confident about getting the page to look the way I had in mind.

It was okay to use overall, like not super difficult or anything. But a few parts had me pausing and trying to figure out what I was supposed to do next. Some of it felt kinda Clunky, so I wish it was a bit more clear

I had a small issue setting up my page and, i don’t usually have much faith in customer service. I expected a slow back-and-forth or some canned reply, but they got back to me fast and actually helped me fix it without making it stressful.

The payment integration did work in the end, but I had to poke around a bit to figure out a few of the smaller settings, especially where some of the options were tucked away. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just not as smooth as I hoped. Support did help, but the replies took a little longer than I expected...
